CapWest delivered multiple scopes for Gilmore Place home to one of the tallest residential towers in British Columbia. Supporting this landmark development with Forming, Pumping, Civil, Drywall, Electrical (EV), and Equipment services. Our Forming and Pumping teams executed the three high-rise concrete structures with precision, while our Civil division completed the site servicing and infrastructure required for the master-planned community. The Drywall team carried the project through interior finishing with consistent, high-quality workmanship across residential and amenity spaces and completed all Metal Panel works. Omra Electric supported the development through the supply and installation of EV charging systems, ensuring modern tenant functionality. Throughout all phases, our Equipment division provided comprehensive fleet, logistics, and plant support to maintain efficiency and coordination. Together, these teams contributed to the successful completion of three of BC’s most prominent residential towers.
