CapWest delivered a full suite of services for The Grande, two towers and one wood-frame residential building within the award-winning master-planned community at Suter Brook Village. Our Forming and Pumping teams executed the concrete structure and placements, while the Civil division completed the site servicing and infrastructure. The Drywall team followed through for interior systems across the buildings, and our Equipment division supplied the heavy-plant logistics and fleet alignment needed for a seamless multi-trade execution. This project marked one of CapWest’s earliest full-scope engagements, underscoring our ability to manage complex, multi-building residential developments from ground-up through finish.
