CapWest successfully completed the civil infrastructure, concrete pumping, drywall installation and equipment mobilization scopes for the Golden Ears Business Park project in Pitt Meadows, BC. Our Civil team handled all site servicing, earthworks and grading; the Pumping team delivered efficient concrete placement operations; our Drywall division executed high-quality interior systems; and our Equipment division managed the full fleet and logistics for plant and heavy machinery across the project. With the main scopes now complete, our Electrical division (Omra Electric) continues to provide Tenant Improvement (TI) services within the facility, ensuring ongoing tenant-ready fit-outs and maintenance support.
