CapWest’s multidisciplinary team delivered Phases 9 and 10 of the Nature’s Walk townhome community in Pitt Meadows, BC, covering Forming, Pumping, Civil, Drywall, Electrical and Equipment scopes. Our Forming crew handled all concrete structure systems, while the Pumping team managed precise placement operations to keep the schedule on track. The Civil team completed site servicing, grading and infrastructure across the phases. Our Drywall team followed through to finish all interior systems in units and common areas. Meanwhile, the Electrical division managed full fit-out to specification, and our Equipment division ensured fleet, logistics and plant support were aligned for seamless operations. The result: two final phases delivered in full, ready for occupancy, showcasing CapWest’s capacity for end-to-end multi-trade execution.
